The Challenge

The Approach

Architected a headless commerce solution with React on the frontend and Node.js APIs backed by Redis caching layers. Implemented multi-currency checkout, edge-cached product pages, and load-tested the system to 150k concurrent users before launch. Built real-time monitoring dashboards to catch bottlenecks proactively.
